Good Morning Carmella I wanted to look into the issue before reaching out. One of the items that is required on a business lease is a document called a “corporate resolution to borrow". While this was provided to us, it wasn’t signed. That added to the time as when it returned we needed to have it endorsed by the secretary of their company. We fell short, by lack of communication to let you know where we were in the process, and for that I do apologize. As for the length in time to ship the car was beyond our control. As it pertains to the parking tickets, we would be happy to look at them & take care of them if they are as a result of anything we’ve done. This is an unfortunate situation with a rare circumstance that has occurred and we would like to apologize on our end for any inconvenience. It is interesting because more often than not we have the reverse situation where we can help when other stores couldn’t. We’re far from perfect so I am glad that you were able to find someone to finance you without a down payment!
