Get a call to come in and sign paperwork and they hijacked me. Wouldn't let me leave with the vehicle I had purchased. They boxed me in with cars so i couldn't leave. There ultimatum, give them 4000 for down payment or get a co signer and then and only then could I drive off the lot with the vehicle they had said was mine, that I had signed on the dotted line as mine. They on all levels failed me as the customer. The salesman, the internet manager the finance person and the finance director. They all screwed me left me out hanging and treated me like I was the criminal. I wouldn't recommend this dealer to my worst enemy. The only thing they did offer me was a ride home, what a joke of dealership! If you want bait and switch then go here they have mastered that ! More

Two weeks later they have no idea what the xxxx I am talking about. So I had to pay $632.02 more that I was expecting to pay. But that is not the worst thing in the world. I can deal with that even though it makes me angry. Here comes the worst part. I spent over $3,000 on a lifetime warranty. Lifetime warranty? I know. I never heard of it either, but i asked over and over again if this was really true and I waqs assured that , "Yes indeed! This is really true!" And then today I get a notice in the mail that I am covered until the first 120,000 miles. These lying and conniving car dealers should be shunned by anyone with any sense and go out of business. More

Superb Experience Buying a 2015 Dodge Charger Mark Atkinson initially reached out to me through an internet sale and asked me to come meet him in person. When I arrived, Mark was very attentive and friendly. He was willing to answer any and all of my questions in detail. Mark also had my 2015 Dodge Charger RT ready at the door, so there was no hassle or delay. Mark explained very thoroughly what the new 2015 Dodge Charger RT was equipped with and what it was capable of. Throughout the test drive, he educated me and treated me indifferent and treated me with the utmost respect. He was patient in helping me and waiting for my return to purchase the same vehicle. Mark and I spent some time getting the best deal, but that came with some pushy manager that almost made me leave. (Don't bother listening to a word Glenn says, all he wants is profit) After some more time, Mark continued to make me happy no matter what happened. Even after signing my agreement, he still continued to talk freely with me and even joke around. I really appreciate all of Mark Atkinson's help and if it wasn't for him, I would not have the best car buying experience ever! Thank you so much Mark! More

TOTAL RIP OFF!!! DON'T TRUST THEM!!! $880 of the $1300 I paid was for labor & they didn't do the job right! Then wanted to charge me more to diagnose the problems they created! I paid for new brakes & left the shop without brakes because they didn't complete the job properly, when I complained it was a major safety issue, I was told they didn't have to listen to that. I agreed to let them remove the console to do a repair & when they put it back together wrong & screwed up the wiring all up, they wanted to charge me to diagnose the wiring problems they created. They said I had a 2 year warranty on parts & labor, but less than a hour later they wanted to charge me for the damages & faulty wiring caused by them. More

He was very pleasant and personable on the phone, txt and via email. He answered all my questions and worked extremely hard to put me in the car that I wanted at the price that I wanted to pay. This was a great online buying experience. I felt that Mark went out of his way to assist me in helping me get my vehicle on the transportation truck to bring it home to Florida :-) More

Not even a month later the transmission went out took them almost a month to fix my car! Finally get my car back and it's filthy, oil foot prints and scuffs inside and out.. they didn't even bother to wash it or detail it..they had my vehicle over three weeks!! Top it off my vehicle smells like a barn! So disgusted with this place. Battery needs to be replaced, I was lied to about amenities, back up camera doesn't work ( which we were told would be looked at and fixed no cost to us...then after signing it was all " sold as is", DVD screens do not turn on, other buttons for amenities I was told existed in my vehicle are infact non functioning buttons that are there IF they were added which apparently my vehicle did not have! Lies lies and more lies! I am beyond disappointed. We needed another new car and made sure not to go back to Chapman! We took our business elsewhere as they do not care about their customers or lying to make a sale! Had my vehicle just over two months and more issues unveil themselves daily :( can't wait to pay this over priced lemon off so I never have to think of this place again! I will say they were nice and got right back to you..until papers were completely signed then ..on to the NEXT sucker .. now good luck getting any straight answers or help. More
