Worst professional sales manager and financial personal Never been disrespected by any dealership in my entire life. Don Oshea didn't accept my counter offer and I had asked the salesperson to call us if th Never been disrespected by any dealership in my entire life. Don Oshea didn't accept my counter offer and I had asked the salesperson to call us if they can work something out, and he went off on a rampage and started cursing at me and asked what kind of person I was for wasting their time and not buying their vehicle, and continued on with other non sense. Then we proceeded to leave and another sales manager by the name of Sanchez aggressively told me "can I talk to her, your not buying the car". I would never recommend this dealership or would I ever step foot on their property again More

Las service When you buy a vehicle from chapeman they give you vouchers for a years worth of oil changes and on the finalthey should change the wiper blade/ tire When you buy a vehicle from chapeman they give you vouchers for a years worth of oil changes and on the finalthey should change the wiper blade/ tire rotation. When i had the last service performed they did not change the wiper blades and charged me for the tire rotation. He was more concerned with up selling. I would have pussed for the full service but i did not want to spend another 2 hours there as i did with the oil change. More

My wife and I have been travelling in an RV for 8 years. I always make a point to service our Jeep Wrangler at an authorized Chrysler Jeep dealership. Routine maintenance such as LOF, tire rotation, warranty work etc. have always been serviced at Chrysler dealerships. I have found that Chapmans is probably one of the best for customer service and satisfaction, diagnostics and repair. I base this rating on multiple dealerships in several states across the USA. My service rep was Andrew. More
