This is by far the worst car dealership when it comes to after-service and shady financing. We learned from our insurance company that they built $1600 worth of oil changes into a 3 year warranty; luckily after-service and shady financing. We purchased a used jeep which had some paint damage at the rear bumper. The sales man 'promised' this would be fixed which was even put in our contract. He promised he would call us within three days which never happened. After nearly two weeks of waiting we had to drive back to the car dealership to find out why we didn't get any call from Scott to make an appointment for the paint job. He gave some lousy excuse about not having our phone number, which is strange since this is all over the paperwork at the finance department. When we went back to find Scott he wrote our phone number down and called 3 days later. My wife spoke to the body shop and they said we were not eligible for a loaner car for the day while the work was repaired, so she called Scott and clarified that was in our warranty and asked that he confirm this with the body shop but when she went to drop off the car, she found he had not. However, they stilled called Enterprise for her and when she was picked up, the asked for a "RO" number which she was never given, so Enterprise said they would have to call the dealership. When she arrived at Enterprise, there were literally 20 people in line in front of her and they were out of cars. Needless to say, she picked our car up still not fixed and left. More

LIARS. I ordered a custom truck with them with nearly every option imaginable. Told them from day one that I needed a certain value for my trade which they agreed to in principle. Then 3 days before the truck was scheduled to arrive, they performed a final trade appraisal for $3500 less. They strung along for 8 weeks then hit me at the last minute with this. I will never go back to this dealer again. Unfortunately my sales guy, whose name I wont mention here, was really cool. He doesn't make pricing decisions like this though. DO NOT BUY FROM CHAPMAN!!! As soon as I decided I was, because I live 100 miles away from Vegas, he drove 100 miles out of his way on his day off to have the last minute paperwork signed on the vehicle because I was at work that day. On my day off my vehicle was waiting for me and everything was ready! I highly recommend him as a salesperson and Chapman Dodge of Las Vegas as a dealership!!
