THESE PEOPLE TAKE A VERY LONG TIME GETTING BACK AT YOU WHILE YOU WAIT FOR PAPERWORK, ANSWER, NUMBERS ECT. WENT TO THE OFFICE TWICE TO SIGN PAPERWORK, BOTH TIMES WAITED LONGER THAN THREE HOURS, JUST TO SIGN PAPERWORK. GOING TO THE DRS. IS A PIECE OF CAKE COMPARE TO THIS. SECOND, THEY DON'T KEEP THEIR WORD. I WAS SUPPOSE TO PICK UP MY CAR AND I SHOWED UP TO PICK IT UP WITH PAID FULL COVERAGE INSURANCE AND IT TURNS OUT CAR NOT ON SALE ANYMORE. HAD TO CANCEL INSURANCE NEXT DAY FOR WHICH I DIDN'T GET MY DOWN PAYMENT BACK. DECIDED TO GIVE THEM ANOTHER TRY, AND SAME THING. I CALL AND CALL AND NO ONE GIVES ME AN ANSWER ON WHATS GOING ON. STILL TODAY, NO CAR. NEXT TIME, I'M GOING TO PICK A BETTER SERVICE WHERE THEY KEEP THEIR WORD AND BE HONEST UPFRONT! More
Me and my husband went to take a look at cars and see if we were able to trade in our silverado truck . The first car they showed us it was a hatchback used Malibu , we liked the car and we test drove it , we were able to trade in our silverado truck . The first car they showed us it was a hatchback used Malibu , we liked the car and we test drove it , when we back to see the financial and monthly payments we couldn't buy because it was going back to their owners. The next day they showed us an used infinity g35 , we liked we signed for it we trade in our truck . As soonest we drove with the car home the brakes starting making a loud noise. The following day they called , saying our payment was going to go up. We didn't agree to that amount so we refused keeping the car , since we couldn't afford that amount. My husband asked the sales mgr Michael if we can just get our truck back and call it a day , he said no , that the whole paperwork went through and there was nothing to be done .So we had no choice but to get another car , so we picked a lower cost car an hhr ,it was a nice car ran good and good taken care of. Well we signed again for the financial shannanigans , car payments were set , drove home . 1 weeks and half later , Michael and Roco called us to ask us to go back and sign some paperwork from the infinity we forgot to signed. So we went back I was introduce to the financial manager and they give me a new leasing contract , and they tell me my moths payment are less, so I was ok nice , than I looked closely to the paperwork and the payment went up to something i couldn't afford, I told them we didn't agreed to this again , they can't just do that out of nowhere . The guy seem pretty careles, just told me : there was nothing they can do about but to get the car back . So keep the car I said , I'm done doing business with them. So now we don't have any of their cars , we fund out we are getting our trade in truck back . They didn't give us any instruction of what was going to happened next , our license plates from the truck were missing. And nobody seem to care for nothing but the guy that does cleaning help us more than anybody in there. I will not recommended to buy from this place, there are better dealerships out there , that are able to work with you. This place doesn't know anything about customer service . More
First visit to Chapman on Sahara and arrived on a very busy Saturday morning. I was met by Tony Santos, a Service Manager, who was very courteous, friendly, and took the time to make sure he understood ea busy Saturday morning. I was met by Tony Santos, a Service Manager, who was very courteous, friendly, and took the time to make sure he understood each issue I had with my Grand Caravan. He noted each comment and had me read his notes to be sure I agreed and he gave an estimate of costs. i elected to wait in the lobby and was greeted by several personnel who took the time to be sure I had been taken care of. My questions regarding costs related to a possible hitch purchase were very professionally answered by Eduardo in Parts. At close, my van was courtesy cleaned while Tony explained what the service department had found and he explained each cost that was charged. Very pleased with this visit!! More
My truck had been tied up in Pahrump for a week after being towed into the dealer. They could not figure out the issue ,being electrical I know can be a pain. However ,they changed parts under warranty ,an being towed into the dealer. They could not figure out the issue ,being electrical I know can be a pain. However ,they changed parts under warranty ,and sent me on my way saying it is all good.I get to Vegas and BAM again ,the lights start acting all hokey and and I headed to Chapman.I met Jack and in the service center and explained what was happening however, only had 1 hours before closing.I could leave it and struggle to get home to Pahrump or I could come back on Monday.I was in line Monday morning and Jack assigned Jason to the truck. He wrote "EVERYTHING": I said down on two pages .Like a Dr or an attorney he wanted to know the facts to provide the tech with all the information possible to understand what was happening .It helps a tech diagnose if the customer states in detail all that is happening .Anyway,Jason assigned the truck to the "GURU "Jack spoke about and in less then an hour,he had it fixed.Remember, the other dealership in Pahrump had it a week .when I called them and told them it was acting up again ,they said maybe in a week we can get to it....REALLY?They knew I needed to get on the road ,as did Jack. All I can say is ,thank you to all of you guys for doing what you said ,and so quickly.Thank you for being well trained, honorable and service oriented.Made life for me so much easier....So other then that ,all I can say is ,Chapman has some great people working there.People where I work as an investigator always ask where to send their vehicles, where to buy a new car or truck.I work for Ganz and Hauf and will ask that the paralegals there tell them CHAPMAN....That is the only thing other then this I can do for your professional, expedient and knowledgeable service experience. Thanks More
I called and talk to them about buying a new car i needed all paper work done before i came in because of the long hours i worked.. I told them many time i did not want my credit ran more then once they assu all paper work done before i came in because of the long hours i worked.. I told them many time i did not want my credit ran more then once they assured me that would not happen.. so finally i went down to look at all the numbers to make sure it was right for me and there numbers for me to buy it was not where i needed them so i said i would come at a later date amd save some more money for a bigger down payment.. as we talked to the manager he assured me yet again my crdit was only ran once he said they use a new system that only goes thru once but all the bankscan share my info instead of running it each and every bank.. the next day i checked my credit and they ran it 3 different times. 3 sepreate banks.. Bottom line he lied to get a sale and when i told him that and i would not be returning he said its your choice to go somewhere else and pay a higher amount that in my book is very rude coustomer service.. I have bought several cars in Las Vegas and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. My financing took longer than 90 days to complete, I was berated by the sales manager, and had to file seve far the worst experience I have ever had. My financing took longer than 90 days to complete, I was berated by the sales manager, and had to file several complaints with the state just to get extensions on my DMV permit. The car was not reconditioned properly and had multiple mechanical deficits, and they even covered holes in the windshield with blue "wow" paint! More

In August of 2012 I brought my 2002 Jeep Liberty in because all panel and electrical items failed, including speedometer, radio, interior lights, door locks, power windows, A/C. Shop claimed they need because all panel and electrical items failed, including speedometer, radio, interior lights, door locks, power windows, A/C. Shop claimed they needed to replace Body Control Module (BCM). They replaced the BCM and it failed. They ordered another BCM and it failed. After being there two weeks they said they had a short in the visor and a powertrain control issue and talked in circles when I asked questions. My final bill was $1461. It was later that I realized that when they were talking about the visor they were talking about the actual sun visors that flip down with a mirror in the interior of the car. Basically, there was a connection issue with the ground from the visors. All they had to do was ask if I was okay with unhooking the power that goes to the visor mirrors. Surely, no reasonable and ethical repair shop would think that I am interested in spending $550 for a light in a visor mirror! The car is 10 years old with 120K miles on it and I have never used those mirrors. Of course this wasn't given as an option. When I asked about it I received the run around. When I asked why my back mirrors won't go down anymore I was given the run around. I was so frustrated with not having a car for 3 weeks I let it go. In July of 2013 my speedometer stopped working and I called because I knew the previous work done had a 1 year warranty. They warrantied another BCM, but charged me $220 for the labor. After 12 days I picked up my car and drove a few miles and the speedometer stopped working. When I initially brought it in I had mentioned that the speedometer works for a few minutes and then stops working when the car is warm. That day my car stalled 3 times while I was driving as well. Did they not check their work? I complained to the general manager and service manager and they told me to come back in and they would check something else. I brought the car back in and it was there for 20 minutes. They gave it back to me and the speedometer was working again. Also, the back power windows were miraculously working again after a year of not doing so. My response is what?! The car was there for 12 days and not fixed and given to me to stall and be a danger to my children and I bring it back in and everything is fixed within 20 minutes? Including the back windows which they had quoted my hundreds of dollars to fix a few days back? Something is very dubious with my experience at this shop. What did they take the car back for 20 minutes and hook up a wire or fuse they knew was the REAL PROBLEM all along? When I asked them in person and via email why I still incur the $220 labor charge for installing the BCM when that wasn't the problem they just stonewalled me and did not answer. These people are criminals. More
