As usual, everytime I have service done at Chapman Mazda I am greeted with a smile and a helpful service representative. A great example was yesterday when I brought my car in for routine service. I had told the service representative that the tire pressure sensor light had come on the day before. Any other dealer would have told me to fill it up myself and that would have taken care of the problem. I knew I could just fill it up myself, but the service representative was very helpful and had already said he would have his technicians take care of it. I like working with Chapman Mazda and will definitely be going to them for all my service needs. More

There is a courtesy shuttle which is a real lifesaver sometimes, and I regularly get coupons in the mail for discounts on service, which I appreciate. The staff is very friendly and the service is great. I brought my Mazdaspeed 3 in for an oil change and was in and out in a flash. Even though I wasn't in there long the waiting area is great. Pete remembered a conversation that we had the previous time I was at the dealership. He asked me how I was doing and made me feel very comfortable and welcome. Because I was there do to a recall, I was no time I was at the dealership. He asked me how I was doing and made me feel very comfortable and welcome. Because I was there do to a recall, I was not charged for any services performed and they took really good care of my by getting me a rental for the day so I would not be stuck there. Also, when I arrived to pick up my car the next day, it was washed and waiting for me in better condition than when I dropped it off. All in all it was excellent service! More
