My wife's RX-8 went in for auto transmission issues. I was concerned that to learn that the transmission needed replacement at 59000 miles and that this would be an major issue. Josh was very professional, assured me that the problem was still under warranty and arranged for a loaner car. I had the necessary 60k service and a few minor issues performed at the same time, some of it had already been done by me and another shop, but I didn't get the hard sell to do unnecessary work. The vehicle was done on time, delivered clean and all the work seems fine. Very pleased and would recommend them for service work. My only negatives are minor, the book labor rate for a few of the minor issues repaired seemed steep, I am likely to do those myself next time. Also I failed to inquire about the warranty on the new transmission and no one thought to inform me. More
