Customer services is always friendly and helpful. Like coming to a dealership knowing that they are not trying to rip you off and charge you for items/services you do not need. We found a wonderful place coming to a dealership knowing that they are not trying to rip you off and charge you for items/services you do not need. We found a wonderful place to get our car oil changed for $10 and we know that they will let us know if our vehicles need any other service. Clean waiting room and they wait for your vehicles is not to long to wait for. More
I have taken my car to Chapman Mazda since I purchased it in June 2008 and have always received great service from them. Good visit for getting my car serviced prior to a lenghty trip and to resolve a couple of prvious issues involving a "howling" noise in the drivetrain and one associated with the automatic headlights - stayi trip and to resolve a couple of prvious issues involving a "howling" noise in the drivetrain and one associated with the automatic headlights - staying on too late in the day and coming back on too early in the evening. As usual, getting my car serviced was a pleasant experience. I always receive great customer service. Pete was as friendly as could be, and was helpful in answering certain questions I had with my c experience. I always receive great customer service. Wait time was minimal, however, the waiting room wasn't quite as comfortable as it used to be. There were not enough chairs for everyone to sit, and there was a sign posted stating the area was a "quiet" area, therefor the television was kept at an inaudible level. The sign also stated it was a "quiet" area so that anyone wishing to use the WiFi computer could do so. Not exactly sure they intended for folks to use it to play internet video games, which unfortunately, we were all subjected to listen to. (Would have been a lot more interested in seeing what the news broadcast was, instead of trying to read the newscasters lips.) One other small disappointment- service once included a car wash. Didn't receive one this time, perhaps they were just a little too busy on this particular day. I highly recommend Chapman for their consistent customer service and their reasonable prices. More
Great service. David was very friendly and he was ready with my appointment information when I pulled up. He was informative, he called promptly with the diagnosis, the car was ready before he said it woul with my appointment information when I pulled up. I have had mixed experiences, some good and some not so good. In particular on this visit, I was disappointed they couldn't match the price of another shop's quote for a service, so therefore I have to sp good. Always a pleasurable visit to Chapman. Friendly service, clean waiting room, clean rest rooms. I enjoyed the free internet access while waiting, and my son was content with the complimentary donuts.
