Dear Martin, Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. I would like to clarify that your insurance pricing was honored even though you really should have paid more for the vehicle. The price your insurance company quoted you was for a manual transmission stripped down vehicle. We sold you an automatic. Additionally, In actuality you never paid for the window tint or nitrogen, which should have been charged per the agreement with your insurance company. If you would like to come to the dealership I would be happy to show you were the etch is on your vehicle. I know it is sometimes difficult to find if you are not exactly sure where to look.
