I bought my certified Used 2009 Volkwagon Jetta about a month ago at Chaoman, Scottsdale. I want you to know I have had the BEST experience with your Dealership. My buying experience was so was very easy, and friendly, and nothing like what the stereotype expects. I am so very pleased. I brought my car in for an oil change on 6/16/ 2011 and worked with Dustin, and he was very friendly. He even let me know my battery was two years old, and would most likely die this summer in the Arizona heat. He showed me the test, and I did not feel at all like her was trying to sell me something I did not need. I appreciated the fact that he pointed this out, and saved me from the hassle of possibly having a dead battery in 115 degree heat. I also appreciated the fact that he let me know to come back in again in 10,000 miles to have my oil serviced again. My friend bought a Mini-Cooper (from someone else ) and was not told when to come back, but just to "top the oil off if it gets low." I have told everyone who asks about my new car about my great experience, and I will absolutely buy from you again when then time comes. Thank you for the great service experience! John Wallace More
