Everytime I go to Chapman Volkswagon, I am greeted in a friendly manner within seconds. They always give me an estimate of the time it will take them and ask if I have any other issues with my car. This time it took slightly longer than quoted, however, Justin kindly took the time to let me know it would only be a few more minutes. The car was waiting to be washed, so I gladly waited! This time I was just in for an oil change but was excited because I had received a 25$ gift card from Chapman for being a valued customer. These are things that keep me returning to Chapman. I had a 9:00 appointment for an oil change on Thursday, July 2nd. When I got there, I met Neil right away and he was very nice. He took my car, and I waited in the waiting room. An hour and a half later, I was still waiting and getting anxious about why it was taking so long. Finally, at 10:45 I was told my car was ready, Neil shook my hand and I paid the cashier. So why did an oil change take an hour and 45 minutes? I didn't ask, because at that point I was very irritated and just needed to get home as quickly as possible. No one mentioned the reason for the long wait, nor did anyone apologized for the long wait. So I'm wondering, is this normal to have to wait almost 2 hours for an oil change that is scheduled in advance? Since no one mentioned anything about it to me, I am going to assume this is normal. Needless to say I will not be returning to Chapman VW because you wasted my time and didn't even acknowledge it. More

The periodic coupons are the real reason I keep returning to Chapman VW for routine service. Even though Chapman is over 20 miles from my house, I feel the service discount makes it worth the trip.
