I've been dealing with Berge VW for about a year and I was not satisfied so I went to Chapman and am very satisfied with service dept. Justin makes me feel like a valued customer. I will definitely reco was not satisfied so I went to Chapman and am very satisfied with service dept. Justin makes me feel like a valued customer. I will definitely recomment Chapman to friends. I did not buy my car from your dealership because when I went there to look for a car nobody came to help me. Maybe the way I was dressed (very casual) they thought I was not there to buy. More
