I wasn't planning on being able to make a deal this time around, but it happened. Staff was very friendly and helpful, My salesman, Robert Gora, was very easy going and seemed to enjoy where he worked, as well as his job. He didn't try to shove a purchase down your throat, which I appreciate. His communication was good as well. Sales manager was nice also, and seemed to respect where a person was coming from. More

My husband received a call from Steve within 2 hours (maybe less) from the time of the online request. He quoted Marty an estimate of payment for the 2017 Ford C-Max we were looking at along with another C-Max that was also available. We went to the dealership the next day and in less than 5 minutes of arrival we were test driving one of the 2 C-Max's we were interested in. Long story short, we walked out of the dealership after 1 1/2 hours the proud owners of a new 2017 C-Max AND we got within $50 of what we wanted for payment.This was as painless as car buying can be & I thank you Steve for making this such an enjoyable purchase.
