I love it so much!!! I've never dealt with a major car dealship. Let's be real and being female didn't think I could get something so great at a deal! I did have a small army behind me holding my hand thru the process so he had to wait until I cleared it with them. It took so much patience on his part and never ever seemed put out by any of it! As many car dealerships I went to (almost all in Des Moines lol) he was the most understanding and honest! This will be forever my place to get a new car!! I can't thank them enough! More

Brand NEW Ford Escape from the best Ford Dealership in town! We recently were looking for a reliable dependable safe used vehicle for my daughter when we stopped by the Charles Gabus Ford dealership to see what We recently were looking for a reliable dependable safe used vehicle for my daughter when we stopped by the Charles Gabus Ford dealership to see what they had on their used lot. That's when both Todd and Sean helped us by showing used vehicles but also a brand new Escape they had on their lot. After test driving it, my daughter fell in love with the way it handled, all of the amenities and Ford quality. Todd and Sean made it super easy as he made us an incredible offer that rivaled other dealer's used car prices. I rarely buy such large ticket items "on the spot" without thinking them over but this deal was too good to pass up and we decided to purchase the vehicle right as the dealership was closing for the evening. The entire staff never made a fuss and processed our new car sale well past an hour after they closed. Todd, Brenda and Sean could not have been more accommodating during the entire process. And after we bought the vehicle, a service technician spent another 30 minutes going over the entire vehicle and answering all of our questions.
