They don't do just what you tell them to do. I brought my truck in because the brake caliper exploded. They could get me in. My bill went from $300 to $550 More

I found my car on line and a very nice salesman, David Geyer, got in touch with me. As it turned out due to a death in my family, I was unable to buy my car as soon as I wanted to, but David was nice enough to keep in touch with me while I dealt with family matters and told me in an email to get in touch with him as soon as I felt comfortable. He promised he would give me updates on the vehicle and would let me know if it got sold in the meantime. On December 23rd, I drove from Dubuque to Des Moines to pick up my lovely 2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee. David even took extra pictures of it and emailed to me. I took my trade in to a few dealerships in Dubuque, but only Gabus Ford gave me what it was worth. It was a more than fair deal, as theirs (my 2010 Jeep) booked for what they had it listed. I was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour. Everyone there was very nice and even though there was a glitch that my bank caused, the Finance Manager, Dan, was very patient and kind and called my bank and got everything straightened out. Got on the road and drove back in a terrible snowstorm and so glad I bought this Jeep. I have never had such a wonderful car buying experience and when friends and family are ready to buy, I will direct them to Gabus Ford. More

Great service. I took my Fiesta in for a warranty repair. They did an amazing job replacing the clutch. I had a slight vibration problem afterwards which they addressed in the most positive and professional manner. It isn't what happens when things go right that makes a service center good. It is what they do when something goes wrong. They accelled at fixing even my minor concerns. I will return there even after the warranty is expired. BRAVO. More
