The sales man was friendly, easy to talk to, and completely informed about the, which he went over with us in detail. He had us take the Highlander to our house to make sure it fit in our garage. We came back, talked to the sales manager, then the business manager. No arguing, fair offers for tradeins, made sure we had insurance forms for the new car and proper transfer papers before we left with no issues. When we finished it was well past their closing time so Mr McLean offered to come to explain all the details of the car at a later time, as well as to bring the car to the dealership for undercoating. Perfectly wonderfull experience. Car is now parked in our garage. More

The service was good, I think you need to get customers to the finance person quicker, I waited nearly 1.0 hour for the finance person to be ready for me and yes, I realize he was with other customers.
