We had done a lot of preparation for this sale, so we were Charlie’s Honda gave us the best pricing both for the new Honda Insight and on our trade. We had done a lot of preparation for this sale, so we were aware of pricing from other dealers, and in fact had walked away from one the day before because they hadn’t met our price on our trade. Charlie’s people were able to negotiate with us, and we reached an agreement. The paperwork was quickly completed and we now have a new Insight. Sallyann Cote, our salesperson, was both friendly and professional, and extremely well versed in all the technology. She also did a follow up call to us two days later to make sure we were happy with the sale, and to see if we had any questions. When we went to our town office to register the car, the clerk said how happy she is when the paperwork is so well prepared. Can’t find any negatives with this car buying experience. More
