And the fact that we'll never buy from those lying scoundrels at VW again. We had the fortune of dealing with Mark Eichenbaum from the get-go. Mark is a seasoned salesman that well understands how to build a relationship for the long haul. He's not going to push you into a car and certainly not going to push you into a car that you don't need. He'll give you his honest opinion though, which I appreciated. We may have decided to just keep our current car and he genuinely would've been fine with that. We're here to stay and it's likely we'll buy more cars. Mark's style of doing business pretty much assures that we'll come to see him first and that's a smart, win-win for everyone involved! Plus, you might even pick up a Baggler! More
