We came in for a fuel filter change, but the prior shop messed up the canister for the fuel filter. It took longer for the repairs than we expected but Able & Matt totally took care of us. I keep returning to the dealership and getting my vehicle serviced. I’m not sure what they don’t understand about LUBE and oil filter. It seems to be a fight every time to get the fittings lubricated on my s serviced. I’m not sure what they don’t understand about LUBE and oil filter. It seems to be a fight every time to get the fittings lubricated on my suspension. Before I left the other day, I asked Mark if they had lubricated the fittings and he sent it right back in, which tells me they didn’t. The next day I was replacing my shock absorbers and I ended up greasing the suspension the rest of the way, half of them were done, so disappointing. I attribute this to shorter life on the suspension components when I am sure that they were being lubricated. no reflection on you, Mark The technician deceived both of us the other day. More
