This was my first time stepping foot into a Chevrolet dealership and I wish I would’ve come here a lot sooner! My wife and I were immediately greeted by Rafael and he made us feel like family. We had an dealership and I wish I would’ve come here a lot sooner! My wife and I were immediately greeted by Rafael and he made us feel like family. We had an idea of what we were looking to buy and he helped us to narrow it down to our unique liking. We ended up purchasing a brand new Traverse. The paperwork was simple and expedient. The entire staff made us feel right at home. It’s because of Rafael’s amazing attention to detail and genuineness that we returned the very next day to buy a 2nd vehicle. Overall i think the dealership is a well respected business, and my service writer Jesus Pena was very knowlageable and professional, but i have had my vehicle repaired there twice ,first time it took business, and my service writer Jesus Pena was very knowlageable and professional, but i have had my vehicle repaired there twice ,first time it took 4 times bringing it back for the coolant system to be repaired the second time i brought it back 3 times for the emission and coolant system. I fill the sevice should of been taken care of on their first visit repairs. More
