I appreciate you wanting to make it right but I brought it back in so you could make it right but after having it for another day Hector called me and said that the mechanic said it was good and the service manager said that a little whobble won’t hurt anything so I tried to Bring it back but was told that’s how it’s supposed to be and I have a video of a brand new Camaro running and there is not any whobble in it and I was also told that the belts will be just fine we’ll there not and they already need to be replaced because it is eating the edges off the belts so with everything that has happened with my car the rubber hose that ties the hardlines together has failed twice and the car has gotten really hot both time and to actually see the way the replacement hose went in it was going to fail it was just a matter of when and any good mechanic that takes pride in his work would never put it in so it rubbed directly on the nut of the hardline with the old clips that came stock on it.It’s a weak link on that car no question and will be a recall I would put money on it.That line should either coupler in line with another hard line or a steel braided line would take care of it to.At the end of the day I bought a really expensive car that I can’t even rely on that’s the part that really sits uneasy with me and to be lied to about stuff that never happened is fraud in my book especially when I brought it back to fix the pulley that whobbles and is just another thing that will have to be repaired by someone else because I just can’t let someone who could give a xxxx if it runs or don’t sure takes any confidence away that I did have.I have hired a attorney to take care of the rest because that car in my eyes is going to take a xxxx at anytime just because of how hot it got both times it don’t even run the same and anybody could read those work orders and see that it wasn’t handled correctly.Putting everybody against a customer and then telling me that’s the way it should be is the biggest line of bull crap that I have ever heard and a service writer saying it with the service manager agreeing with it just takes it to another level and I worked in a shop and I know how important a good service manager is and that’s one that has actually done the work himself and if he hasn’t he should be because you should always lead by example it’s full proof but to be so far out of touch that you can say what you gave me back is how it’s supposed to be is just unacceptable and that’s were I’m going to leave it and let my attorney take care of it with that said I would like all the work orders emailed to me so I can forward them.I asked hector to do it but I haven’t seen them along with the old parts and I didn’t see anything except the blown out hose you replaced.I told Hector that day that I’m tired of getting treated like this and wasn’t going to put up with it he should have to heed to it but your only as strong as your weakest link and that’s a perfect example of it.I’m sorry that it has to come down to this and I have made every effort possible to get it fixed right but when you guys didn’t even touch it and say that’s how it’s supposed to be especially not to mention it’s a safety issue because it can come apart because obviously it’s not plum on the crankshaft he should have just put a new one on it like the mechanics book says to do but didnt happen and you guys got the new part for free but never had to touch it because. It was fine as it is.That’s all I have to say because it’s just not the way a reputable business should handle it’s business
