One of the most efficient van purchases I've done in 10 years. The dealer, Randy, was super kind and helpful, and the finance gentleman, Martin, was just as helpful and kind. Both of them communicated regularly so I was never wondering where in the process we were at. Contact to pick up (including financing) was only 4 business days (part of a delay was only because we caught them just as the van was coming in so it was in the shop). An incredibly helpful part of the process was being able to virtually review and sign everything; and at the part of the process where they offer additional insurances/coverages, the ap they used made it so that while he was talking through it you could read about the coverages and add/remove so that you could see the price changes. On top of that they were not pushy or aggressive with those coverages as a lot of dealers are. I would recommend Chastang 100%! More

In spite of time delays due to parts being needed, as well as holidays, the dealership was able to get my Ecosport up and running in 35 days. Just as the repair work was being finished there was a recal well as holidays, the dealership was able to get my Ecosport up and running in 35 days. Just as the repair work was being finished there was a recall on my oil pump, which had led up to my blown engine and cracked radiator.
