From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional, no pressure, no games, just genuine help finding the right truck for my needs. Tim took the time to walk me through the different trim levels and package options, making sure I understood exactly what I was getting. I had a pretty specific set of requirements for the truck, towing capacity, bed size, and fuel economy and they nailed it. We found the perfect configuration without me having to compromise on anything. The finance process by Ryan was smooth and transparent. He laid out all the numbers clearly, explained my options, and got me into a payment that worked for my budget. No hidden surprises when I sat down to sign. I’ve dealt with dealerships before where you feel like you’re being pushed around, but Chastang Ford was a completely different experience. They earned a loyal customer. If you’re in the Houston area and in the market for a truck, don’t waste your time anywhere else, ask for someone at Chastang and tell them what you need. They’ll take care of you. More

We own a Lincoln navigator.
