Outstanding service they went above and beyond Originally took the truck in for our oil change then Isaac called to point out some other issues and I mentioned to him that if they could check underneath to s took the truck in for our oil change then Isaac called to point out some other issues and I mentioned to him that if they could check underneath to see if there was an oil leak coming out of the transmission area because we noticed oil residue on the tailgate and the rear bumper accompanied by the smell of oil burning. They looked and did discovered a small leak. Isaac went ahead and scheduled a repair and filed a warranty no problems. More

Chastang Ford always does an awesome job when we bring our vehicles in for an oil change. They have a big screen TV and drinks and snacks while you wait. Chastang service department is an amazing place to go to. They are friendly and kind and keep you updated on your vehicle. They also offer snacks water coffee and hot chocolate while you wait.
