My sales rep was the best with helping me make the perfect decision and going above and beyond explaining all the details. I love this vehicle. perfect decision and going above and beyond explaining all the details. I love this vehicle. More
I had a great experience with Ryan and the dealership as a whole! I only wish that they offered their military discount to veterans too. Other than that, I can wholeheartedly recommend Chastang to anyone lo a whole! I only wish that they offered their military discount to veterans too. Dealing with Carlton in the service department is great. He gets our trucks in and out as fast as possible and communicates very well with us. I also like that when a message is left he promptly returns cal He gets our trucks in and out as fast as possible and communicates very well with us. I visited the dealer three times. First visit was with Justin looking for a new transit van, like the one I bought a year ago. He was going to get back to me to let me know the load difference from diese Justin looking for a new transit van, like the one I bought a year ago. He was going to get back to me to let me know the load difference from diesel/regular, but never received that. You still were not expecting any new transits to come in until beginning of March. Drop off a truck in service (1st of March) and visited again sales and talked to Ryan, he showed me the chart of how the vehicles are transported and were not expected any time soon. The current transit van I had needed to be serviced and my BOSS looked on-line at your inventory and you showed new transit's that were in your inventory, which he took a copy of the sticker and I proceeded to go in and asked if you had this van on the lot, which then I was given Justin again and yes you had the van there. Why did I need to bring you a print out to purchase a vehicle from you, when I was interested for the past month to purchase this transit van. Next time all I need is the financial man to get the paper work signed. not much of sales, need Liz back. I have nothing better to say about service dept. It has gone down hill for the past year and not any better. I had been telling my boss that I wanted to build a relationship with another dealer for purchase and service, after these past visits, he agrees! Also the transit you sold me requires mud flaps on dual tires and someone (Carlton said Justin)was going to get back to me on the new one after I spent over 150.00 to get the ones added to the 2019, I was pulled over by HPD in the 2019 transit (after looking at the new van), when I was told they are required. I had a horrible experience in the service department with Carlton Cooper. Customer service skills and communication was the worse. I drove my 2011 Ford F-250 in on Monday to have my transmission checked with Carlton Cooper. Customer service skills and communication was the worse. I drove my 2011 Ford F-250 in on Monday to have my transmission checked out. Mr Carlton Cooper quoted me $175 to give me a diagnostic and let me know what was wrong with the truck. I never received a call back after 2 days I called to check on my truck. I was told that they were very busy and they had not checked it out yet. Mr Cooper promised me that he would call me back tomorrow before 12 pm.The next day I never received a call. I called Mr Cooper and checked on the truck and he informed me that he still had no information on the diagnostic of the vehicle yet and he would call me back later today. After 4 days I finally heard back from Mr Cooper informing me that the price to fix my vehicle would be $1550.00 to fix my truck. I approved the work to be done. Then Mr Cooper informed me it would take two weeks for the work to be completed. That was a problem for me but Mr Cooper said it will not take two weeks that’s just what the say so the customer won’t be disappointed if it does. Four days later I received a call from Mr Cooper informing me that the new price to fix my truck would be $8000.00 to fix my truck. They just checked it out and I needed a new transmission. I informed Mr Cooper that after two weeks of having my vehicle finally calls me a that the news he gives me. He apologized and said he could give me a discount on he diagnostic price of my vehicle. I go in the next day to pay for my truck and my bill is $450 dollars for shop time. Customer service and communication from Mr Cooper was the worse. Their shop had always been slow even for a regular oil or filter change. Never again will I go to this dealer ship. More
