I went in on a whim to look at a jeep, and after hanging out and talking to my sales guy Tyler, ended up buying a brand new 2025 Impreza. Nice people - very disorganized. When I arrived to pick up a new vehicle I purchased, it was sold the day before. They located another one, and I picked it up a few days later. They issued me temporary tags that expired in 45 days, the tags expired yesterday. They waited almost a month before sending the title info to SC, then blamed SC when I couldn't transfer my old plate to the new car because SC didn't have title info that they were late in sending. They don't return phone calls and are very sloppy administratively. As they were issuing bill of sale information, they had my first name, last name, street number, street name, and town name all wrong and they took the data from my driver's license, which is correct. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
