On October 19, 2020, my service advisor was Kayla. This review for my 2017. RAV4 Unlimited AWD, for routine maintenance; oil and filter plus tire rotation , and for alignment. I’m not sure how and if align review for my 2017. RAV4 Unlimited AWD, for routine maintenance; oil and filter plus tire rotation , and for alignment. I’m not sure how and if alignment was even performed on my SUV that day. Because no alignment report was given to me, and I also forgot to ask because the service took very long time. I dropped the car at your shop around noon and after 3 pm I received the car. So, I was very hungry. After sending Text and leaving multiple voice massage to Ms. Kayla since October 19th, also leaving message with the receptionist, I have not received the alignment report yet, or any response back. I’m not sure if this Is routine policy of Chatham Parkway or with Kayla. As I don’t know the status of the alignment which shows how bad your service advisors are for customer service I can’t recommend you to any of friend or neighbors. Also, on the day of service I was told that I can text or to get an update on my car. But I never received any reply of text from the same advisor, Ms. Kayla for service updates after More

Vehicle service was 5 star. Every person I dealt with gets 5 star. Quick service with no appointment.
