both times I have been at Chattam Toyota, the agents don't tell me when my car has been done. I don’t think that my concerns were addressed appropriately. At drop off, one of the girls told this guy what I thought was wrong with my car. He shrugged his shoulders and said with an attitude, appropriately. At drop off, one of the girls told this guy what I thought was wrong with my car.
