The tire pressure light came on in my vehicle due to the cool weather. After going to a non car dealer where I had gone for over a year, I was told that only car dealerships provided nitrogen for car tires cool weather. I then went to Chatham Parkway Toyota, not knowing that I could not stay in my vehicle the way I was able to previously. Also, I was not prepared as far as the one-time fee I needed to pay for this service. I was at the dealer for over 1 hour and 45 minutes. Once this process was over, I left the dealer, and before I got to the corner, the tire pressure light came on again. I drove back to the dealer, spoke with a technician, and the problem was corrected within 10 minutes! More

both times I have been at Chattam Toyota, the agents don't tell me when my car has been done. One time my car had been sitting in the parking lot for more than ten minutes before I realized it was my c don't tell me when my car has been done. I don’t think that my concerns were addressed appropriately. At drop off, one of the girls told this guy what I thought was wrong with my car. He shrugged his shoulders and said with an attitude, appropriately. At drop off, one of the girls told this guy what I thought was wrong with my car. I called the customer service and they said there was in fact something wrong which was the same thing I told them was wrong. Now I must make a second trip to resolve this issue More
