Vehicle service was 5 star. Every person I dealt with gets 5 star. Quick service with no appointment. Overall rating drops to 4 because there black grease stains on the drivers floormat and plastic pane gets 5 star. Quick service with no appointment. Always good service at the dealership. Most of the employees are courteous and friendly. I love the way the service department gets the cars in and out. Fast and efficient. The tire pressure light came on in my vehicle due to the cool weather. After going to a non car dealer where I had gone for over a year, I was told that only car dealerships provided nitrogen for car tires cool weather. After going to a non car dealer where I had gone for over a year, I was told that only car dealerships provided nitrogen for car tires. I then went to Chatham Parkway Toyota, not knowing that I could not stay in my vehicle the way I was able to previously. Also, I was not prepared as far as the one-time fee I needed to pay for this service. I was at the dealer for over 1 hour and 45 minutes. Once this process was over, I left the dealer, and before I got to the corner, the tire pressure light came on again. I drove back to the dealer, spoke with a technician, and the problem was corrected within 10 minutes! More
