I went to Chatham Parkway Toyota to get a closer look at the options. The first time I went there, the sales person was very friendly, helpful, and informative. I test drove a couple of models and narrowed down my choices. The sales person was not pushy in the least, and because of that, I returned when I was ready to make my purchase. I was so happy with the entire sales process. They didn't play games, they didn't over charge, and they followed through on everything they promised. The sales transaction was speedy quick. My experience in the past, at other dealerships, has been that buying a car is a long, drawn out ordeal. This was not the case with Chatham Parkway Toyota. I couldn't be happier with my new car and the experience at this dealership. I will absolutely recommend this dealership to everyone in the market for a new car and I will be a return customer myself. More

My son loves that they had doughnuts to eat while we were waiting for the service to be performed (which was a reasonable time, and they washed and vacuumed the car, including tire shine!) More

My 4runner was due for an oil change and he was so very helpful. He was courteous and efficient while checking in the vehicle. Upon completion of the oil change/service, I paid and left but after driving about a block, the tire pressure light began to blink. I turned around and returned and Dan was right there ready to help. He took the car back again without having me wait and determined that it needed a new sensor. I appreciate his sincere professionalism and caring attitude. So very hard to find these days!! This has to be the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my 32 years of being in customer service! Had my truck towed there and was told they would take a look at it that afternoon. When we walked in no one spoke or acknowledged us. We waited 5-10 m8nutes before anyone said anything. Then the service rep was talking so much until she didn5 hear a word I said. Told her the same thing and she kept telling me what she thought. My instructions were to troubleshoot and call me as soon as I walked out the door she called and wanted to change a part. Wow really and it wasnt to correct the issue. At qny rate I towed the vehicle to another dealer. This Service Department is terrible. More
