First and foremost the vehicle I bought was used, and appeared to be in good condition, but the bumper was damaged and i paid an extra $400 to get it fixed, but when i came to get it fixed, Robert told m appeared to be in good condition, but the bumper was damaged and i paid an extra $400 to get it fixed, but when i came to get it fixed, Robert told me that my salesman screwed me and that they couldn't fix it. Later my bumper was hit on the side and when i had to get it removed and replaced some very bad damage was uncovered that had not been disclosed by my salesman and Robert said that that was just too bad cause it isn't their problem anymore but is between me and the bank. He is a terible salesman who cares nothing about customer satisfaction. In an attempt to get the damage fixed i went above Robert to the sales manager and general manager but they agreed to do nothing. Terrible place to spend your money. More

I went in to buy a 2012 Tacoma on October 26. The sales man was a little annoying, but he said he was going through the motions that they require of him. So, after the better part of 2 hours I started signing the paperwork. They then informed me that I could not take the car that day because it had not been inspected. No problem. I did all the financing and was told everything was great, I got approved for the amount of the truck and could come get it the next day. So, on 10/28 I went in and picked up my new truck. They called a few times to make sure I was happy. LOVED MY NEW TRUCK!!! On 11/10 I get a call that I did not sign something and needed to come back in. So, I go back to the dealership and they tell me my financing was not approved. UMMM... WHAT?!?! The manager told me to call my parents to co-sign, come up with a larger down payment (I put down $3K) or that I could pick out something at a lower price. HAHAHA... They argued with me for a good hour before I threw the keys on the managers desk and walked out with my old car... that now has a flat tire and the battery is dead... So, I take them back what they gave me in the same condition, and they give my old car back with a flat tire and dead battery??? I WILL NEVER USE THEM FOR ANYTHING AGAIN... LIES LIES LIES... More

I went the first time looking and brought my husband back with me the second time. When we got out the car my husband said,"remember, we are just looking!" Well I have to say if it wasn't for Tavaris, I would not have drove away in my wonderful Camry that day... He has such a charm about him and was so much fun . Me and my wife bought a truck from here and nothing was held on there end of the deal. I was coming home from Iraq and had a USAA electronic check waiting for them and all that was suppose to happen was i held on there end of the deal. I was coming home from Iraq and had a USAA electronic check waiting for them and all that was suppose to happen was i pick it up on a sunday and the truck would be detailed and ready... it was not. Well I was told to bring it back in... i live an hour away at fort stewart... When i brought it back in the detail department hit my truck. There body shop fixed it at cost to the contractor who runs the detail shop. Since then my truck still has not been detailed and i know because specific things were left to see it they even touched it and they didnt. After the third time of trying to get them to do it right i gave up. Our check was not processed from the 26th of June to the 24 of july after being told it had been processed 3 different times... and countless trips to savannah to get this all taken care of... management does not return calls... Just all around crappy dealership... One of there own mechanics told me even he would go somewhere else thats why he does not get his own work done there and hes a mechanic who works for them... Our Toyota Sienna we also had serviced here had no problems until we had our tires rotated and then we got it back it a vibration and horrible handling which cost us 600.00 to fix with I-95 Toyota in brunswick, GA which is an awesome dealership. With all the trips we were promised gas because of there errors but still have not recieved anything from them. there is plenty more but we have had enough and are reporting them to the military and other agencies to warn people off especially Soldiers.... Josh is by far the best salesperson I have ever dealt with. There was no pressure whatsoever, he told me everything and more that I needed to know about a Scion. I did a comprehensive review of online new car opportunities across the country. ( I am a retired physicist and can afford to spend the time.) After doing my homework I narrowed down to 2 Dealers and became involved in an intense exercise in ferreting out the truth. Believe me it was intense! Matt struggled to help me understand what the competition was doing that made them appear better. Finally we cracked the code and Matts deal was indeed better. But the effort and dilligence he put in to get there was amazing. He, Tim, and the people at Chatham Parkway have my admiration, satisfaction,and future loyality. Can't say enough about them-"nuff said" More

I signed the papers, gave them a check, and got the keys and then got a call from the dealership that the car had been sold the car delivered to me. Very bad experience. salesman was very deceptive and underhanded. Made many promises that he didn't keep..."less than honest" might be a nice way to put it.
