Tiesha Holmes is wonderful to work with. I have been working with her for a couple of years. I know it's not her job to go behind the tech to make sure they do the work. I had an appointment and still waited 2 hours for an oil change. The young lady who checked me out was nice, but that did not negate the fact that no one ever spoke with me about my vehicle after I drove u change.
