First the Mazda building is being worked on. Second I went across 5he street and was told that I needed to go to the black and gold building. Went there and the gentleman was upset that the other gentleman sent me to him. He finally said he would help me, but it was going to take some time because he only had two men working. After two hours waiting for my car, I went back to the counter and he actually got up to check on my car. I was told it would be another 10 to 15 minutes. I waited and went back to the counter, there was another gentleman there and was so very helpful and polite. Finally my car was ready and of all things the door wouldn't open at the service center and the nice gentleman can over and opened the door so I could leave. I hope when my car needs service again, Mazda is open. More

I dropped my vehicle off at 7:30 and I got a text message at 10 stating my inspection was good. I was told that my car was going to be available at 12:00 but it wasn't ready until 3:30. Absolutely the worst service experience I’ve ever had without a doubt. Service advisor I was assigned has not given me a straight answer since I dropped off the car, was told multiple times my vehicle wo without a doubt. When I finally heard back from the service manager I was told he would get right back to me once it was straightened out, have yet to hear from anyone.
