The salesman who sold us the 2018 Honda Pilot did not respond after making the sale to questions and concerns with the vehicle. My service advisor is/was phenomenal. I got an oil change and tire rotation. As soon as I left the dealership my dashboard lit up showing me that I had low tire pressure, 44 and my truck I got an oil change and tire rotation. You'd think the mechanic/technician who rotated my tires would have checked the pressure and added air if needed. Because I had to stop at my hometown gas station to have the owner put air in them for me, I gave only 4 stars ⭐️ instead of 5. More
