The salesman who sold us the 2018 Honda Pilot did not respond after making the sale to questions and concerns with the vehicle. The vehicle was not detailed as promised ( found trash in console from kid respond after making the sale to questions and concerns with the vehicle. Salesman also was not honest about fees- indicated extra fee was for protection package- once we looked at paperwork it indicated that we had in fact paid for Lockack system that we didn’t need or want. Asked salesman about getting additional keyfob we bought programmed by dealership and he said he would get back to us and never followed up. More
