I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was met by a nice gentleman who checked my jeep in for service. The wait room was very clean and coffee bar well stocked. I've been coming here to have my vehicles serviced for a few years. Most of the time, it's a nightmare. Communication is horrible, phones never work, I call and sit on hold with service repeatedly until I f few years. Most of the time, it's a nightmare. Tim gave me his personal number from the get go, so reaching him would be easy, and quick. Thank you for going the extra mile, you should be running the dept. To whom it may concern, fix your phones, so people don't have to give out their personal numbers. Why has it even come to this?! That is all. More
