Fine. My service appointment was on time and immediate. However, for the 2nd time, the mechanic didn't replace the positive battery cover. I had to call in the evening to find out if my car was done and ask for a lyft.very inconvenient. My car was brought in at 8 am and it was 530 pm. Confirmed appointment. Drove 1.5 hours. Stayed in contact the entire time. They even sent me photos while I was on the way. Arrived and was told the vehicle was already Drove 1.5 hours. I have been bringing my jeep here since it became southern for all my services. Came in for a oil change and state inspection. Waited 2.5 hrs to be told my jeep failed safety inspection for equipment southern for all my services. Came in for a oil change and state inspection.
