The service writer, Tim Cupp, was awesome! Best service experience I've had at this location thanks to him. Fine. My service appointment was on time and immediate. However, for the 2nd time, the mechanic didn't replace the positive battery cover. Also, my state inspection was not updated. I had to return to have it updated. No major issues nonetheless. More
