I had a 7:45am appointment. I went to George and he told me it would take an hour and a half, which was almost exactly the duration of the service. Maybe your dealership is different, because even though it's my first service, I drove to Kentucky and back already before this service and would have liked to know the condition of things. More
I had a three day experience but trying to get my airbags fixed the first day. They just changed a relay and they said it was fixed. I didn't even drive out of the garage and the light was still on. Margarita said bring it back tomorrow and leave it I brought it back the next day they ordered parts the following week I went back dropped it off again and they fixed it. My thing is if they told me it was fixed the first time why did they give it back to me? They should've seen that light. It was quite obvious but now that it's fixed. I'm happy with it. More
