Came in with appointment then was told that they couldn't do the work because they only do it during the week. She then made another appointment for me and when I came in she told me they didn't have the par do the work because they only do it during the week. She then made another appointment for me and when I came in she told me they didn't have the parts. When I asked her why didn't you call me? She didn't have an answer so she took my number down and said they will call me when they are in. They called me and I saw George, dropped it off with him at 730am. I proceeded to call the service department around 3pm because no one called me. No one answered the phone for an hour straight. The appointment people sent an email stating I was calling. I then received a text stating my car has been done a while ago, so I went in and picked it up. More
