The salesman who sold us the 2018 Honda Pilot did not respond after making the sale to questions and concerns with the vehicle. So came in for oil and state inspection you all failed me for a tire , but how is it tht being a dealership of jeeps you did not even have a tire in stock. My service advisor is/was phenomenal. I got an oil change and tire rotation. As soon as I left the dealership my dashboard lit up showing me that I had low tire pressure, 44 and my truck I got an oil change and tire rotation. You'd think the mechanic/technician who rotated my tires would have checked the pressure and added air if needed. Because I had to stop at my hometown gas station to have the owner put air in them for me, I gave only 4 stars ⭐️ instead of 5. More
