Technician Johnathan ordered wrong parts. Then Adviser: Margheita mentioned to order parts on my own but initially couldn’t provide part number. I had to get the part number from the warehouse myself. Ordered parts from Auto Shop Store and technician still said these are the wrong parts, but this was the part number provided by the parts warehouse! Don’t know why Parts Warehouse had the parts on backlog either. I had to spend extra money on a rental car just to talk to somebody in person at the Service Department because when I called it went to reception and the receptionist said nobody is answering. Receptionist had to put in 3 escalations. Also can’t pay over the phone. This Dealer is in the way! Had to help them do their job! They suck at communicating ! Either they find a reason to jack up the charges or keep your car hostage because the technician took the key with him for the lock box. Wherever they keep the keys for the vehicles. Just ridiculous !
