Eugene Smith gave us a wonderful "no pressure" buy at Checkered Flag. My husband and I were pleased with this, because we were upfront with Eugene and told him when the time was right we would buy. We had been to other dealerships, and were getting constantly harrassed. Super Bowl Sunday we had stopped by Checkered Flag and met Eugene. We discussed several options. We told him in later weeks we would come in for a test drive. About six weeks passed, and we decided to stop and look again. Eugene came in earlier than scheduled one Saturday to help us. That day we were in awe with the new Honda Insight. He wanted us to take it home for the night to make sure it was the car we wasnted. The next day we returned preparing to buy the car, when we saw my now beautiful Civic on the showroom floor. When the normal person would have been aggravated with the change of mind, Eugene stood by our side, and told us to test drive the Civic to weigh all options. Everyone we met at the dealership was friendly, not pushy. The car we chose is pretty popular, so there was not too much flexibility. That actually makes life easier than endless haggling. Delivery was the only issue - despite bringing a check, it took over two hours to get to the F&I guy to get the car. Either an appointment system or a realistic estimate of the wait would have made us happier. More

Benjamin provided the best new car sales experience I have ever had! He demonstrated the highest professional standards, and was pleasant and objective throughout, shepherding me through the choices in have ever had! The sales manager on duty during my initial visit (Sean) was also very friendly and professioanl, providing timely follow up to a couple of questions the next day. Tommy provided professional and courteous back-up to let me test drive the car during a day off for Benjamin. (Great back-up without the normal overtones of competition between sales people.) Whatever sales management method Tommy and Ben are using, it works to the benefit of the customer! The finance team (names?) addressed all my questions and efficiently worked their way through a technical issue regarding registration and titling of the vehicle in a family trust account. In total, the team was superb all the way through finance and close. More
