Dennis is a fantastic car salesman. I actually only came to this dealership because I was getting an oil change. Any salesman that can get you to buyout your lease when you came there just for an oil chang to this dealership because I was getting an oil change. Did my research online and finally decided to go with Checkered Flag Honda because they matched my best price found with destination included. Their processing fee was a bit high, but manageable. All personnel dealt with me in a professional and courteous manner. The process from start to finish was a bit long but again, that's expected when visiting a dealership. My visit was no worse than any other visit I've had with dealers. Ray (salesman) is a very nice gentlemen, although a bit of a slow hunt and peck typer on the keyboard. But he did manage to keep me occupied during the "wait" times (i.e. vehicle prep, and credit check.) All in all, a pleasant experience for me. I rated quality of work based upon the vehicle prep (it looked immaculate upon delivery to me and the price I rated high because I received decent value for my trade and walked out the door with my new Pilot near $7,000 under MSRP. Arived on time for appointment. Was informed that this type of work request normially done on week days. I personaly showed sevice writer the seat bottom was makeing noise when pressed down as when one i type of work request normially done on week days. I said may be loose bolt or clip fastneer holding the seat to the frame of the seat. There tech "noise is where lumbard making contact with inner set frame when not being used. also noticed cust has seat cover's on seat's. this can cause problem's if air bags deploy during accident". We removed seat cover's. They could have replaced the whole seat or the seat bottom; but did not make any futher try to fix. I contacted sale person and ask for follow up. Never received any results. I will not buy or use this dealer again. More
