Yesterday I traded in a pick up truck and purchased a 2014 honda civic. Mr. Renwick Jones, the salesperson that assisted during the whole process was very professional and pleasant to work with. I did not feel pressured and felt that I really had a good deal on my trade in and the purchase of the honda civic. After dealing with checkered flag, all the other dealerships just cannot compare to the quality of service you could always expect from checkered flag staff. I also want to thank Mr. Bo Wang and the sales manager for making the whole experience very satisfying. Thanks guys. More

Great Customer Care Within the first 12 hours of purchasing my used car, the check engine light came on. As you can imagine, we were pretty upset. The service department took my car as soon as I brought it back and did more than necessary to make sure my car was perfect, going so far as to send my car to a competitors Ford dealership so specialized Ford mechanics could make sure the car was in perfect working order. Checkered Flag then covered the $100 deductible for my warrantee, paid all of the expenses for repair regardless if it was covered under my warranty, and gave me a free rental to use while it was being serviced. I might have been upset at the beginning, but the time, effort and ability to take care of the problem won me over. I know I wouldn't get the same kind of service at other dealerships, and would easily recommend to other friends bad family members! More

I can be difficult when dealing with sales people (my wife says), but I know what I want and I do not want a pushy sales person like you find at many dealerships. Rick and Checkered Flag Honda gave my wife and I the most stress free and enjoyable auto buying experience either of us had ever had, period. He was very personable, helpful, and knowledgeable.His main focus was helping me find what I was looking for and nothing else. No pressure of any kind either before or after the sale.
