Pleasantly Surprised We purchased our 2010 CRV in July of last year and have really enjoyed the car. We started having a problem with the car not starting due to, what seemed like, a dead battery. After we jumped it it would run fine for up to a couple of months without any other issues. In April of 2014 there were 3 times that this problem occurred before the 15th of the month. I contacted the service department and was able to bring the car right in and drop it off. I didn't need it back right away and I wanted to make sure it was not rushed. I got a call from Tina the next day and she indicated that the technician had determined that the battery had a dead cell in it. She actually had the tech standing right there and I was able to speak with him. (sorry, I don't remember his name) I disagreed with his diagnosis because of the extreme length of time between incidents. He was very professional in his explanation and did not talk to me like I was "just another mistrusting customer". I told Tina to go ahead and install the new battery and that I would be there to pick up the car in a couple of hours. When I arrived, I was checked out by David, again professional. It was then that I found out the amount was less than I had been told it was going to be by Tina. That had never happened before at any other dealership. I thanked them for their time and the smaller than expected bill and went outside to give my wife the keys and leave. That's when I discovered that they had washed the car...........it had rained all morning and they were calling for more......soon.........they washed it anyway. I left the dealership happy and satisfied that I had made the right choice in buying my car from Checkered Flag. More

Paul Sudo, sales associate, provided my wife and I with a great purchase experience. He asked us many questions and quickly matched us up to the perfect car.
