Decedied to purchase a new RAV4 over Memorial Day wkend. Was able to talk to Bill and explain waht I needed. Right away he got a RAV4 that I could test drive. The customer service was excellent. Rosser was well-informed on the vehicles and their pricing. He was willing to make some deals and work hard for me as a customer. Salesman Robert Rosser was willing to spend as much time as needed to show me what he had on hand and was a very good listener as to what I wanted. He was not pushy in the least. Everything was done in a friendly spirit and the negotations were reasonable. I wanted a Toyota Tacoma Accesscab, 4x4, V6, Automatic with the Offroad Package and Towing Package in a Dark Green (Spruce Mica). The Dark Green Trucks on the website inventory were all Doublecabs as were the trucks in the front lot of the dealership and I thought I would have to settle for a Doublecab. But Mr. Rosser took me to the back lot of the dealership and there it was, a Dark Green 2012 Tacoma Accesscab, 4x4, V6, Offroad Package and Towing Package. I knew then that I was going to buy that truck. I am a satisfied customer. Thank you. More

Fredie was fantastic. I came into the dealership knowing that I wanted to lease a vehicle, but I did not know which vehicle I liked best.
