This is the second vehicle that my company has purchased from Checkered Flag. All of their employees are very courtious and welcomed me and my mother into the dealership. Tim Rayfield and Josh Hamilton were very customer focused and assigned a wonderful sales professional, Bill Mulligan, to assist us in finding the perfect vehicle for my mother, who is the owner of our family owned business. Bill explained and showed us all of of features on both the Sequoia and the Highlander. My mother has a Sequoia that we purchased at Checkered Flag in 2008, which she keeps in Florida now. Since my mother is getting older, she decided to go with the Highlander for her local (Virginia Beach, VA) vehicle because it was easier for her to get into and also had a smoother ride for use in the city. It also had a feature, which allowed her easier access to open the door in the back of the vehicle. We really appreciate their focus on customer satisfaction, quality and price. In summary, I believe that Checkered Flag is a great dealership who truly cares about its customers and we look forward to purchasing other vehicles from them in the future. More

Since no repairs or service were involved, the workmanship involved had to do with processing the documents and preparing the new car, both of which were done completely with no errors or omissions. 3. Karen was very friendly and attentive to what we were looking for. On visits back to the dealership after the sale, she sought us out immediately to make sure we were getting what we needed and to assist us as necessary. The other staff people we dealt with were also very friendly and helpful. 4. We were very satisfied with the whole experience. We left the dealership in the new car feeling good about the transaction and the way we had been treated. 5. Car prices are always a mystery to me.
