After having our car totalled, we had to find another car. We purchased our other car from Checkered Flag and was happy with the experience, so we figured, why not go back there. We walked around for a while without anyone seeming to notice we were there, so we walked out to see who was out there. Mr. Webber seemed to be on a break, but stopped what he was doing to help us out. He let us testdrive the vehicle, no problem. We came back in and negotiated a price. Of course after not having a car payment for 5 years, that stunk, but we feel it was a pretty fair price. We came back the next evening to get it and Mr. Webber hung out even after he should have left for the evening. He tried his best to move things right along, because we had our kids with us and they were getting antsy. We were there for about 15 minutes, finally we drove away. Our goal was to purchase a car from a different dealer. I felt it would not be proper to not share my negative experience with the manage so I called and spoke to Mr. Rayfield. Mr. Rayfield was very apologetic for my experience offered to make things right for me. He even found my original dales person Mr. Aiden when I purchasd my first Camry.
