I was a first-time car-buyer. The salesperson and the finance team went to great lengths to get me a good deal on the financing, for which I didn't even expect to qualify without a co-signer since I had never borrowed money before. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful and patient and constantly complimentary. Since I wasn't expecting to buy on that very day, I wasn't terribly well prepared, but the staff took great pains to make me feel at ease and to help me make my purchase. All-in-all, this was an excellent dealer experience. More

The overall experience was excellent and I would recommend your dealership to anyone. The only improvement I could suggest would be for you to have a dealership on the other side of the water, say Hampton. I would love to work with your service department, but may have to use someone on this side of the water at times, since the drive is a bit much. More
