One thing we especially liked about our salesperson and the dealership is the directness with which they handled the sale. Some dealerships/salespeople try to coerce or manipulate the buyer or use strongarm sales tactics, but Mr. Yuan was straightforward and matter-of-fact throughout the price negotiation and sale. There were no surprises (junk fees, added costs) at signing, and we are thrilled with our new vehicle. We purchased the car with the plan to add extra features to it, and Mr. Yuan ordered the parts, scheduled the service, and arranged a rental immediately. All told, we highly recommend this dealership. More

Ray Aiden was couteous and not overbearing. He was available to us and aswered our questions. We did not likehaving to hear the sales pitch regarding undercoating and paint protection. All the staff were extremely courteous and friendly, including the service and rental department team who cheerfully accommodated our need for a free loaner while our new vehicle was being prep'd, and offered us a full tank of gas to make up for a minor inconvenience when our car was delayed and we had to return a little later than planned. Came to Checkered Flag after first visiting Priorty Toyota. Checkered had what we were looking for and they were honest. We were told some untruths at Priorty.
