We started our search for a new vehicle a last week. I've wanted a Rav4 since I rented one after an accident a few years ago. My husband did not like it at all. It's got all the bells and whistles. Freddie was just so easy to work with. The entire team at Checkered Flag was fantastic! They seriously went far above and beyond what any other dealer was willing to do and believe me we tried. We shopped the best deal and Checkered Flag beat it by $800! They went out of their way yet again to secure exactly the Rav4 that I wanted. Freddie took the time to walk me through all the options making sure I knew how to use them. He's called and emailed to check up on our satisfaction. I was greeted as a guest by a well dressed associate, who not only was very knowlegeable about the product, but was very interested in decifering my wants and needs as a consumer. I was able to see and drive the models that I desired, as well as a model Tim Rayfield (the manager}, suggested that I drive. It was a surprise choice, as I would have never thought about it had he not mentioned it to me. I was very impressed with Mr. Rayfield and his staff who handled everything in a very professional, upbeat, and timely manner. My experience was one I did not expect, as I did not share that same feeling of importance at any of the other dealerships that I visited. At Checkered Flag Toyota everyone was very helpful and friendly and when it came to the financing, they were very creative. I was also shown the service department and introduced to the mechanics who will help to maintain my vehicle. I can honestly say, I drove away feeling like I just made a good deal with a great company. Some time has passed since I first drove off their lot with my new Toyota. The follow-up from my sales associate continues and is a reminder of a good car buying experience that I don't hesitate to refer to friends and family.
