The most worthless group of people I have ever dealt with. Three hours before my appointment to purchas a vehicle, I get an e-mail stating the vehicle was just sold. What is the purpose of the appointment to purchase? They could have at least called and asked me to come in earlier, but NOTHING until after it was sold. Ray and David were both professional, helpful, and honest. I highly recommend Cherner Bros if you are looking for a used car. They purchase cars from individuals, not auctions, which can be better, bu honest. I highly recommend Cherner Bros if you are looking for a used car. The best-used auto dealership ever. When you think of buying a car from a used auto dealer, you think sleazy and untrustworthy; this is the total opposite with Cherner Brother. They are the most honest ad friendliest auto dealer I have ever dealt done business with. I bought my car online sight unseen, and they never gave me a reason not to trust them throughout the whole process. They answered my call when I had a question about the vehicle and were very text friendly from start to finish, which is a huge plus due to work. I live 2 hours away from the dealership, and they were able to arrange to deliver the car right to my door without me having to drive 2 hours to go pick it up. They come highly recommended from me, and this is not a paid advertisement but a highly satisfied customer who highly recommends them. More
