CCNissan has a beautiful show room and pleasant staff. Aliecia DeAngelis was knowledgeable and pleasant. I feel that the trade-in amount for my 2018 Pathfinder was way too low at $5000.00 but I was t Aliecia DeAngelis was knowledgeable and pleasant. I feel that the trade-in amount for my 2018 Pathfinder was way too low at $5000.00 but I was too tired by then to argue the point; I should have! The actual sales process was painfully slow, the man who was doing it seemed to have a lot of trouble making the system work and he had to repeatedly call for help. He was pleasant however! The main complaint I have is that NO ONE checked to see if I had any questions as to how the car worked. I tried repeatedly to engage the cruise control; I finally pulled Ioff the road before getting on I-75 and got out the instruction manual; no help there. I finally drove home for 75 minutes with no cruise control. Please make sure your customers get a short info introduction before leaving> Thanks More

Was a quick In-N-Out. Probably one of the fastest services I've had. Staff was friendly, amenities were nice the waiting area was nice so there's no problems.
