Bought my car new as I previously owned a nissan. So far the team has not addressed the issue I have had since day one. Austin has explained to me that he is working with Tyler to fix the issue of fe So far the team has not addressed the issue I have had since day one. Austin has explained to me that he is working with Tyler to fix the issue of feedback as I talk to client on the phone. I have a case with Consumer reports now. After trying two times to fix there is still no resolution. I was assured a call back from consumer reports on Friday now it is Monday with no call for an update. Very frustrated with the process, I felt I was buying a vehicle that I could enjoy. After three months I have only had a headache with no answers. Thank you Austin for all your hard work as he is the only employee I would give 5 stars to so far! More
