I had a coupon for an oil change, so I made an appointment to bring my Armada in at 9:00. I arrived on time and checked in with no problem. The link that was texted to me to follow the status show appointment to bring my Armada in at 9:00. I arrived on time and checked in with no problem. The link that was texted to me to follow the status showed a status of checked-in and a completion estimate of 10:00. Around 10:20 the status still showed checked-in so I went back to the service writer's desk. He immediately said, "We're having trouble getting cars through this morning for some reason" and he went and checked on the car. As he was walking back, I could see them pulling my car in (an hour and a half to get the car into the shop with an appointment). It was finally completed at 11:00. Two hours for a simple oil change with an appointment. They comped the cost of the oil change, but I still lost an hour of time for some mysterious reason. They ran the car through the wash rack after the service, but they left the popout windows open, so I got a partial carpet wash as well. More
