I took my car for an oil change and left the facility. Within 20 minutes the check engine light was on. I had to drive all the way back to the facility the next day for them to tell me someone left the oi Within 20 minutes the check engine light was on. So I had to go back 30 minutes from home each way for them to screw back on the dip stick and clear the code. It was frustrating to say the least. I will not be returning to this location in the future. More

The work was done properly and the staff was courteous. The rep found a recall and corrected the recall issue. I’m not real sure I would buy another Titan. I feel something is still wrong with my truck. I may be a little off the subject but I don’t feel that my concerns in the past were taken seriously I had a lot of issues with the truck when I bought it and asked if it could be deemed as a lemon and I could purchase another and was denied. Sorry for rambling but this is my first chance to speak my peace. As far as the recent dealings with the dealership other than a little bit of a Waite the experience was fine. More

Everyone was nice, just a few comments. 1.) I was told the day before I could have a shuttle and drop the car off at 8:15, or doba rental. I arrive to drop off and am told in the deale 1.) I arrive to drop off and am told in the dealership that shuttle/rental doesnt start until 9 when the "guy" gets in that does it and the rentals. I wait 40 minutes and go check and guy had not arrived, and the person who helped me initially did all the things to get me a rental (took 10 min)...my question is why did I have to wait 40 minutes when the guy turned out not to be the one to have to check me out? It was odd. Def makensure patrons are told when rentals and shuttles run because I was going to order an Uber to arrive at 8:15 until I was told I didn't need to. I was almoat late to a work meeting. 2. My hood was not shut properly. Thank goodness my husband noticed right before we got on the interstate because as we increased speed the hood was shaking badly. This happened once before in my life and I did not catch it before getting on the interstate and the hood flew up and broke my windshield. Just a note of caution. More
