I took my car for an oil change and left the facility. Within 20 minutes the check engine light was on. I had to drive all the way back to the facility the next day for them to tell me someone left the oi Within 20 minutes the check engine light was on. I had to drive all the way back to the facility the next day for them to tell me someone left the oil dip stick not secured. So I had to go back 30 minutes from home each way for them to screw back on the dip stick and clear the code. It was frustrating to say the least. I will not be returning to this location in the future. More

I feel something is still wrong with my truck. I may be a little off the subject but I don’t feel that my concerns in the past were taken seriously I had a lot of issues with the truck when I bought it and asked if it could be deemed as a lemon and I could purchase another and was denied. Sorry for rambling but this is my first chance to speak my peace. As far as the recent dealings with the dealership other than a little bit of a Waite the experience was fine. More
