Still a used car dealership; don't have high expectations I don't know about new cars, but I wouldn't buy a used car here. There was a reason they had a lawsuit on used car sales (google it). They have an internet department who will make appointments, and then once you are there, you will be told that those folks were mistaken. The "internet price" was not honored, and they even added on a dealer prep fee although it says on the website that the final price only excludes TTL. Some people who work there are REALLY nice, but they aren't the ones with a lot of negotiating power. Make sure you get some gas when you buy a car and drive off. (She said "They don't even do that with new cars now.") They let me leave with basically an empty tank, until I pointed it out to someone else in the dealership. Extremely poor communication and customer service!!! I had spoken to Robert about a truck they had listed online. They had no actual photos of the car, so I requested the sticker and photos of the vehicle had spoken to Robert about a truck they had listed online. They had no actual photos of the car, so I requested the sticker and photos of the vehicle. It took him two days to get me the sticker and he said he was unable to provide photos of the vehicle since it was in an auxiliary lot. I called back again that week to get an update, to which he informed me that they didn't actually have the vehicle yet and that it was in transit for delivery in two weeks. I requested lease pricing on that vehicle, to which he said he would get back to me later that day. He never got back to me and I messaged him again asking whether it was still available, to which he also never replied. I called the dealer yesterday to get an update on whether the vehicle was in and they informed me that it was in fact there for. I was unable to make it yesterday to see the vehicle because my work ran late and I messaged the dealer that I would be coming the next day. Fast forward to today when I was coming in, Robert decided to finally contact me to inform me that the truck was sold. FYI, I haven't heard back from Robert since June 8th. DO NOT TRY AND USE COVID-19 AS AN EXCUSE FOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! More
