I was at a couple places before here, and the other salesmen seemed to get frustrated if I asked too many questions or wasn't satisfied with the first 5 cars they showed me. i had a great experience buying a pre-owned 2008 Nissan altima. This dealership is a SCAM!!!! I had read reviews on this site about this dealer, and proceeded with extreme caution when speaking with them. I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED TO ALL OF THE HORRIBLE REVIEWS ABOUT THE TRIPLEX ON THIS SITE!!!! After almost two weeks of communicating via e-mail with their "Sales Manager" Steve Mancini in regards to the SPECIFC vehicles we were interested in and our credit challenges (recent ch 7 bko discharge), completed credit applications, and guarantees of being able to be approved for 2 VEHICLES, my husband, two small children and myself arrived to a DISASTER. Upon arriving you have to sign in with a sleazy looking guy and then get farmed out to the next sales associate available, even if you have an appointment with a specific person as we did. After producing the emails fromm Steve Mancini showing the vehicles and stock numbers we came to see, the sales associate tells us they aren't there and must have been sold. This seemed impossible to me since someone called to confirm the appointment just two hours before our arrival, at which time my husband confirmed the cars were there on the lot. Since we had driven over an hour we agreed to look at some other cars despite our simmering anger with the situation. After agreeing upon two cars, writing the down payment check and being told our monthly payments for each car the sales associate cam back and said that we couldn't proceed with the arranged deal. My husband and I were puzzled since our credit had already been run by the dealership PRIOR to our arrival and Steve Mancini acutally selecting vehicles that we were approved for PRIOR TO OUR ARRIVAL. After much waiting around, and a so-called manager trying to work something out, we left. One hour drive to the dealership, THREE hours waiting, TWO screaming children and a ONE hour drive home....equals a wasted Saturday and a VERY BITTER taste in my mouth. My husband and I both tried calling to speak with the not-present Steve Mancini, but of course were passed around and even once given a phone number belonging to another dealership. I finally spoke with some poor excuse for a man, and he essentially laughed in my face and told me to get over it and "what was he supposed to do". I hope that one day this DISGUSTING place gets what it deserves. Like the old addage, what goes around comes around. STAY AWAY FROM CHERRY HILL TRIPLEX, IT IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
